  Oscar is an excellent plumber. He is also very personable and professional. He arrived on time and had our faucets adjusted very quickly.

  This company was sent to us from AHS who we have insurance with. Normally AHS sends subpar companies to repair items but I have nothing but positive feedback. Josh arrive at beginning of 4 hour timeframe they gave us. He was in and out in under 20 minutes which included looking at problem and replacing garbage disposal with a new unit. Something I didn't know was they do not replace brands, in case of GD, comparable Horse Power. He cleaned up afterwards.

I'm sorry I did not look at the box the plumber pulled new replacement model out of. Our old Sinkerstor was 3/4 HPc he replaced with a 1/2, so his comment to me that we replace HP to HP was not accurate, so I'm backtracking on some of my praise for this company.

Spoke to company about lower HP and they acknowledged it was a mistake and will be back to swap out for a 3/4 . They gained my respect back.
